										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Before this gets ugly in your head, I was doing crunches ok?!  Really.  (They are not abs of steel, but a girl has to start somewhere.)  So, while I was in the floor, a scared little creature peered at me from underneath that weird lounging chair in our bedroom &#8211; it was almost tucked into the curtains.</p>

<p>(Sure I could have emailed you all to see who left this beauty with me, but you have to admit that the photos are proper good, wholesome blog fodder for our PG-13 audience.  <em>Besides, the playlist says it all</em>.)</p>
<p>In other house guest news, we have another confirmed booking at our little B &amp; B!  K and Em are joining us for the holiday weekend 29 August through 1 September.  I am already making a grocery list in my head.  I am definitely going to need Welsh tea and courgettes though I will not find any bread quite as tasty as it is in La Rochelle, I am sure!</p>
